Open Websites Reviews

Open websites is primarily a technical review site featuring Open Source elements or resources (GPL, MIT, etc). We find those resources essential, helpful, or just useful to helping you create a professional website using open source elements.

Some resources that we have used and have found to be excellent will be fully reviewed by this website putting the resource into context via our usage. For resources that we have not used yet, but seem to be recommended across industry, we will list and hopefully review at a later date.

We also offer commercial services such as websites and e-commerce, however the main purpose or objective for this website is not this; Instead it is to help locate, promote, as well as offer help and support, whilst putting these resources to work (e.g. building or extending your website).

Review Categorisations

We have categorised our reviews mostly under applications such as: Joomla, PHP-LD, Worpress, Drupal, Magento, OSCommerce, Zen Cart, but also on S.E.O, Open Designs, as well as other resources such as Videos.

As time moves forward and new technologies are released then we may add further categories to encompass these.
